At Joyliveparts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your order upon delivery to ensure it's in good condition.
Damaged, Defective, or Mis-Shipped items: Joyliveparts will issue an exchange or a full refund including shipping. Please contact us directly for assistance. (Please attach a picture or video of the item(s) showing its original packaging and broken part).
Undamaged Products: Can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of purchase. Once the returned item arrives back in Joyliveparts’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.(*Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.)

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

. All Clearance Items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. (Only applies to products marked with a non-returnable label.)

How to return and refund?
Step 1. To start a return, please contact us at support@joyliveparts.com. (Please attach a picture or video of the item(s) showing its original packing).
Step 2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address as well as relative info.
Step 3. Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse for inspection. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days, which depends on your payment method and bank.
