Free Shipping on ALL Orders 

We offer FREE shipping for orders over $199. For orders below $199, a standard shipping fee applies. Free Shipping is available to most global addresses, with the exception of remote areas.

 

Delivery Time

Orders typically arrive within 5-20 business days, depending on the delivery address and chosen shipping method. (For pre-sale or customized items, the delivery time depends on when we agreed previously)

Multiple Items in Your Order?

We aim to ship all items in your order together. However, items may arrive separately based on their individual shipping options. As each item is shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking details.

 

Changing Your Delivery Address

Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. If you need to update it, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll assist if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

Note: If the provided address is incorrect and causes the package to be lost or undeliverable, the customer will bear the responsibility for the loss, as Joyliveparts cannot offer a replacement or refund in this case.
 

Received the Wrong Product? 

We take quality control seriously and thoroughly inspect every order before shipping, including product details and packaging, so instances of incorrect items are rare. However, if you do receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact our customer support team at support@joyliveparts.com.
